FAQ
Are you a licensed facility?
We
are a licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly in the state of
California. With that, we are mandated to follow strict guidance and
implementation set forth by the California Department of Social Services who
oversees the type of services we are able to provide.
Do you assist with
transportation services to and from doctor’s appointments?
Our
residents' needs are always our priority. We will gladly assist with scheduling
our residents’ medical appointments, but we do not provide their transportation.
What type of services are
you able to provide?
We
provide 24/7 supervision. We help with your activities of daily living (ADLs)
included but not limited to the following: quality and nutritious meals,
medication management, toileting/incontinence care, bathing, dressing, grooming,
housekeeping, and laundry services. We also accept Hospice patients.
What if you are full at
your max capacity of 6 residents?
We
are on a first come first served basis, but if you believe our home is right
for you, we ask that you still fill out an application so we can put you on our
waiting list. So you will be notified once a room becomes available.
I am interested. What do
I do?
Schedule a home tour and choose from our
available rooms.
We are on a first-come-first-serve basis. We suggest
submitting a completed application as soon as you have decided.
